1. How large are these boxes?City Boxes come in all sorts and sizes. S, M, L, XL en XXL. The smallest being a minibox of 1m3. The average box is about 16 cubic meters. For the real big guys there are special boxes from 50 to 100 cubic meters.Top of page 2. How Should I pay?Charges are withdrawn automatically from your account. When checking in or buying or renting stuff from us you can pay by credit card, bankcard or cash of course.Top of page3. When is City Box open?City Box is open every day from 06.00 - 23.00 hours. Seven days a week. Also on weekends. Reception is opened from Monday through Friday 09.00 tot 18.00 hours, and Saturdays from 10.00 tot 17.00 hours. City Box is opened 17 hours a day. It's after all your own stuff, at which you should always have access, whenever you want.Top of page4. What about security?Besides the 24 hour video monitoring every box has 2 serious locks.The unit can only be opened with a key in combination with a code. At night City Box buildings are monitored as well . In short, your stuff is probably saver at City Box than at your own house .Top of page 5. Are City Boxes heated?Your things are in good hands at City Box. All boxes are heated and guaranteed to be dry. There is no room for moist or dampness at City Box.Top of page 6. How do I load and unload?City Box is a drive in storage facility. You just drive-in with either your sedan or delivery van. Loading and unloading is done inside. In front of your box's door. Raindrops don't have a prayer.Top of page7. Are my belongings insured?City Box fully complies to the highest standards in both fire and theft insurance set by the insurance branch. The goods stored in your unit will therefore often already be covered by your own home insurance policy.Unfortunately, there are large differences in conditions set by different insurers. How long is your stuff insured and at what value? We strongly advice you to always read the small print in your insurance policy. In order to serve you to the best of our ability, City Box has in co-operation with different insurers put a policy together wherewith al your stored goods will always be well insured. This insurance is coupled to your rent, clear and above all cheap. Top of page 8. I forgot my card code!City Box will gladly help you solve this problem. However, security considerations will not allow us to reveal the code except to the person who originally signed the lease. This person than needs to bring along a valid passport or ID card!Top of page 9. Do you take goods in as well?City Box offers a unique FREE service especially for busy entrepreneurs. If you sign a 'key statement' we will accept all goods delivered to your box. Saving you a lot of time, turning your box into a perfectly functioning mini warehouse. More information regarding this service is available at our reception desks. Top of age10. How many days notice need I give?As is mentioned in the lease, notice must be given at least 14 days before the next rental period begins. This must be done in writing delivered to our reception.Top of page 11. How reliable is City Box?City Box is a member of the Dutch self storage association. This is an association of self storage companies. Membership is subject to very high standards.Top of page12. Can I do work in my City Box?Of course, packing or repacking can at any time be done at a City Box. There is one condition: Our insurers will not allow you to use machines.Top of page 13. Do you have any complaints?All employees of City Box have been especially trained to solve problems quickly. If you have a complaint please take this up immediately with our reception desk. You will surprised at the speed wherewith we will solve your problem for you.Top of page
