City box offers you more than just a box
Increase your living space from only 17,50 euro a month, no need to look for a bigger place to live. Store your extra stuff safe and secure for as long as you want.Change from a smaller or bigger box anytime you fancy, transferring won't cost you a penny, no sweat either, we'll do all the work for you.
Rest assured, if you suddenly find yourself in dire need of space we'll come up with a working solution within 24 hours.
Private customers do not pay VAT, that's a 19% profit you make right there. Businesses can make use of our "business class" made to measure business solutions.
So, what are the advantages again?
Citybox can make sure that your belongings are safely stored within a time-frame of 24 hours.
Renting storage space at Citybox for a period of 2 months or longer, will give you free use of a trailer.
Drive thru! You won't be caught in the rain at Citybox.
All movement, in and around Citybox facilities is monitored by CCTV.
All new tenants are checked against listings in the Crimimail database, ensuring both yours and our security.
City Box provides softdrinks and free coffee and tea.
We will accept delivery of your goods without you needing to be present.
When goods get delivered to your name we will contact you by phone.
You are free to move to an either smaller or larger box any time you like.
If the right size Citybox is not available will issue you with a larger one at no extra cost.
City Box offers you excellent made to measure fire and theft insurance.
Wireless internet is available in all our branches enabling you to arrange all orders and deliveries without having to move a foot.
Temperatures at City Box are guaranteed at a minimum of 12 degrees.
City Box is a member of the Dutch Self Storage Association.
Our reception desk is open on week days from 9.00 till 18.00 hours to answer any questions you might have. On Saturdays we are available from 10.00 till 17.00 hours.
A personal identification number (PIN) will give you access to your belongings from 6 in the morning to 11 at night.
City Box will arrange any needed transport from one box to another.
Unique and very sturdy moving (removal) boxes are for sale at every Citybox branch but we also have an extensive assortment of other packing materials available as well.
We also rent out hand-trucks to make handling your stuff a little easier on you.
To assure appropriate security Citybox in conjuction with a professional security company offers optimal safety for your belongings.
